Cement Floor Cleaning, Polishing and Sealing:
- Vacuum/Sweep the floors removing all dust, dirt, particles, debris, etc.
- Apply neutral floor cleaning solution
- Deep clean flooring with power scrubber removing ground in dirt, debris, grime, etc.
- Rinse flooring with clean water and micro-fiber mop, air dry
- Vacuum flooring removing excess as needed
- Buff the floors with floor polisher and polishing pad
- Apply 2 coats of Acrylic Urethane Sealer/Finish
- While we make every effort to remove stains, scuffs and etching from flooring, some may not be removable

What is your cement floor cleaning, poilshing and sealing process?
First, we extract the floors of dirt, dust debris, etc. Next, we deep clean to remove dirt, grime, etc. from the floors with a power scrubber. Next we utilize a hard surface steam cleaning tool up to 1000 psi to remove any remaining ground in dirt, grime, etc. if necessary. We will then polish the floors with a floor polisher if these are stained/polished concrete floors. Then we Apply up 2-3 coats of Professional High Performance Floor Sealer providing clarity, and long lasting durability and performance
Do you do cement floor maintenance?
Yes, a maintenance floor care plan consists of a scrub and wax every 1-4 months. This will prolong the time between the full strip and seal process and keep the floors looking nice throughout the year as opposed to just after they were stripped and sealed.
What is your cement floor maintenance process?

How long does it take to dry after commercial cement floor cleaning and sealing services?
A newly sealed area can be walked on with light traffic as soon as we’re done and heavy traffic in 4-6 hours depending on temperature, ventilation, humidity, etc.
